We understand that life can sometimes bring unexpected challenges. If you are facing a genuine emergency such as a sudden medical situation, hospitalization, a family crisis, or the loss of a loved one, please give us a call at (604) 857-4928.

While we cannot guarantee availability, we will always do our best to help. In some cases, we may be able to accommodate emergency boarding needs even when our kennel is otherwise full.

Emergency boarding is intended for short-term, unforeseen situations that require immediate assistance. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide emergency boarding related to housing loss, relocation, or other circumstances that may require long-term care arrangements.
